Standard Services Provided

High Quality Pool Care

The pool will be serviced weekly from our licenced pool maintenance team. All chemical balances will be checked and corrected. Filters will be cleaned, skimmer baskets will be cleaned and the pool will be brushed, vacuumed & skimmed, & wash down of pool deck & furniture. The pool team will also check to ensure that the pool equipment is functioning as it should.

Lawn Care & Gardening Maintenance Service

All lawns are serviced weekly in summer and bi-weekly in the winter months. This includes mowing, edging, trimming of hedges and blowing off any debris. Lawns also receive fertilising & pest control on a quarterly basis. Additional services such as mulching and planting can be provided upon request.

Interior & Exterior Pest Control

Our pest control service will be implemented upon the signing of the management agreement with EVR. This is maintained on a regular basis and offers round the clock protection against insects. We cannot guarantee to keep every single creature out. However, if you do have problems then we guarantee to get someone out to spray the house within 24 hours.

Air Conditioning Maintenance

Air conditioning unit is checked every month & filters changed regularly. The settings are checked on every visit.

Arrival Checks, Departure Cleans & Housekeeping

Your home will be allocated a dedicated cleaning team. This allows the team to get to know your home. The cleaning team will carry out a regular clean & sanitisation at the end of every guest departure.

We are proud of maintaining the highest standards for our housekeeping staff. We use a professional cleaning company who clean the homes thoroughly after each guest departure and also report on any additional items that might need attention.

Your home will be allocated a dedicated cleaning team. This allows the team to get to know your home. Our housekeeping staff provides starter products such as to toilet paper, soaps and a sachet of detergent.

Management will also check your home & carry out a freshen up before each arrival & after each departure will do a full damage report & check the clean meets our high standards.

Maintenance & Regular Property Checks

Management of repairs, subject to your approval. In emergency situation, we will use our discretion if we are unable to contact you.

Not all our home owners rent their homes to guests or only rent out so many months. In this case, we will visit the property regularly to ensure that everything is in working order.

Monthly Statement of Accounts

EVR will provide owners with a monthly revenue report. This will be emailed direct to your personal email & can be viewed anytime on your Ciirus Home Owner account.

Marketing & Rental Programmes

EVR are here to help you increase your rental revenue & is constantly building a network of booking sources & continues to build relationships with local and national tour operators & travel agents.

EVR have various rental programmes & will be more than happy to discuss this with you. As standard your home will be advertised on our website, where we are able to take instant on-line bookings 24/7 & list your home with all major rental listing services.

We encourage our guests to take a mixture of both retail & wholesale bookings to maximise rental income for our home owners.

Reservation Management System - Ciirus

We give every owner their own unique Owners Log in to our system. This can be accessed from our website under “Home Owners”. This extremely valuable service enables our owners to view real-time information of the availability of their property, making it easier to do home owner bookings. The service also allows owners to view, print or download all closed statement period, which is extremely convenient for our overseas owners.

Guest Services / Concierge Service

We offer Welcome Packs and additional services for all your guests. The welcome packs or additional items they have ordered will be waiting for them in your vacation home upon arrival. This enables them to start their vacation in Florida the best possible way, enjoying much needed refreshments or snacks without having to go shopping as soon as they arrive. Your guests can order this though you. See our Guest Services for more information.

For those special occasions we can offer your guest the facility to arrange chocolates, flowers & champagne for their loved one or family members. We are can also decorate for anniversaries & other special occasions.

Correspondence & Newsletters

EVR enjoys open communication with all its home owners. We have recently started a bi-monthly newsletter to maintain regular contact with all our home owners. We also have a UK office for our European owners.

Welcome Handbook

Each vacation home is supplied with a Welcome Book. The book includes check-in / check-out procedures, emergency phone numbers, house rules, rental items that are available to them, check-out lists, instructions on how to use household equipment & other important things to know about the house.

Sales & Tourist Taxes

Each income-producing property must pay both sales and tourist development taxes on the gross rental amount received. EVR will collect and pay these taxes monthly on all of our bookings. EVR can also pay taxes on the owners behalf, but this is an additional service.
